Agile project management is an iterative approach that focuses on the individual phases of a project. Each section is reviewed and completed before the next section is started. The information from each review can then help to decide how and what stage should be managed. This approach offers the advantage that problems are more easily identified and can be fixed sooner. In turn, it’s more cost-effective and more likely that the project is completed on schedule and within budget.
